Order Questions

1. When will I receive my order? How can I track it?
All orders leave our California warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed unless otherwise noted on the product page. Majority of those orders will go out the same day if placed before 2pm PST. When you receive your order depends on your location and the method of shipping selected. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to track your package.

2. Why haven't I received my order yet?
Depending on your method of shipment and location, your package should be on the way. You should have received an email with your tracking information to make confirm this. If you feel there is still an error or you never received any tracking information, please contact us and we will get it all worked out for you.

3. Am I supposed to get an email confirmation? Where is it?
You will receive two email confirmations from Battery World. One right after you place your order confirming we received it, and the second alerting you that your order has shipped and providing you with tracking information. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us as there could have been a problem when you submitted the order.

4. Can I cancel, change, or add to my order?
This depends on the circumstances, but we are very flexible and here to work with you. Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to serve your needs.

5. What happens if my item is on back order?
If your item is on backorder it should say so on the product page with an approximate amount of time for it to ship. We will be sure to alert you the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you have been waiting on a back order and need to know an exact shipping date, please contact us.

Shipping Questions

1. What's this I hear about free shipping?
Yes, Battery World provides free ground shipping on all orders over $40 within the continental United States. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerta Rico, or the Virgin Islands, we provide $10 flat fee shipping for all orders over $40.

2. How soon does my order ship?
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, your order will ship within 48 hours. If your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri it will very likely ship the same day. All orders after 2pm will ship the next business day.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or internationally?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or international. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Payment

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

2. Do I pay sales tax?
If you are a California customer, you will have to pay sales tax. This will be calculated for you at checkout.

3. When will my credit card be charged?
We will authorize your credit card upon check out, but we will not charge you until your order ships.

4. Is my personal information secure?
Of Course! Battery World takes your credit card information and personal information very seriously. We use Authorize.net for all our credit card transactions - largest and safest credit card processing company in the business. We have also implemented other security measures including McAfee Security and Geotrust SSL.

1. How do I return a defective product under warranty?
To return a product, please contact our Returns department in our "Contact Us" section. We will get back to you within 1 business day with instructions on how to return or exchange your product.

2. Are all the products on your website new?
Yes, all the batteries, chargers, and accessories on our website are brand new by industry-leading manufacturers. We do not sell any used or refurbished product.
