We will gladly accept the return of products that are not working due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns can be sent back for exchange, refund or credit at Battery World’s discretion.
Requirements for returned products
All products have to be complete with all original parts, contain all original boxes and packing materials, all accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If returned product is missing any of the above, you may be charged for repackaging.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up to $10.00
If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we will refund only the full cost of the merchandise, excluding the original shipping charge and return shipping fee. The fee will normally be $5.00 to $8.00 for return shipping.
How long will it take?
It normally takes four weeks from the day you shipped a package back to us to complete the refund. In most of the cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks including time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will send you an email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
To apply for return you need to fill in the Return/Exchange on-line form. We will send you an e-mail with further instructions and return label if ordered.
Pre-paid label option
For convenient return processing your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package. When you use the pre-paid shipping label to mail us your return, we will deduct $7.00 from your order refund.

We will gladly accept your requests for order cancellation. The order must be canceled before it is processed, otherwise we cannot guarantee cancellation. Applying for order cancellation, please contact us only via phone during business hours (8 am - 5 pm PST). If it is not during business hours, you may email us and then follow up with a phone call during business hours.
