We are pleased to offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $40 to anywhere in the continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands will receive $10 flat fee ground shipping for all orders over $40.

How long does it take?
Shipping time depends on the product and the method of shipping selected. 98% of items are in stock and will ship same day if ordered before 2pm PST Monday-Friday. Any orders after 2pm will ship the next business day.
International shipping
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally, but will be adding it shortly.
Tracking an order
In order to track your shipment, sign in to your account and click on "My orders" on the left side of your screen. Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals.
Under Shipping / Tracking Information you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order.
UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ). To track your order using a UPS tracking number: Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
enter the number in the appropriate box, and click on "track your package".
