It will generate 3000W of high quality pure sine power at a stable 120Vac output. Power is maintained to your equipment seamlessly through a built in 34 Amp transfer switch with a typical transfer time of less than 20msec. The transfer switch will by-pass city/utility power when it is available, and when city/utility power is lost the inverter will automatically switch to the backup DC power source. In backup mode the inverter will supply power as long as the DC power supply provides enough voltage. 12VLithiumThe AIMS Power battery voltage regulator and isolator protects batteries using solid state technology by automatically disconnecting a 12V DC source when voltage is not safe or out of operating range. This product allows you to use different battery technologies in the same application and lithium batteries can be used in any application (alternators) because the regulator prevents the battery from over charging. Its compact and simple 2-wire terminal configuration allows for easy installation in common 2-wire 12 Volt applications: vehicle, wind, hydro or any other 12V systems. The regulator continuously monitors the input voltage. If the voltage is within the operating range of 9.4 – 14.4V, power will be supplied to the output terminal allowing power to the loads. If the voltage drops below 9.2V or is over 14.6V the power is cut off at the output terminal preventing power to the loads. The regulator also performs as an isolator by automatically disconnecting loads when the battery voltage is outside of operating range, protecting the main starting battery. Loaded with several safety features, the regulator will protect your batteries, while prolonging the overall life.

The Dual Battery Sensing Isolator monitors both the starting battery and the auxiliary. If the unit detects that either battery has exceeded 13.2 volts, then the isolator will connect them. The benefit of the dual sensing feature allows user to charge the main battery from a solar panel or an external battery charger, on the auxiliary battery, once the auxiliary battery reaches 80% state of charge (13.2V). This ensures you never have a drained starter battery again. The isolator is also automatic and based on voltage, which saves installation time. When the entire battery system drops below 12.7 volts the solenoid opens and isolates the starter battery from the auxiliary battery.
