The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is a professional DC to DC adaptive 3-stage charger with built-in Bluetooth. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch. The Orion Tr-Smart charger can be used in 12V systems and is suitable for both lead acid and lithium batteries. What size battery bank Do I need?

• 400Ah, 5 kWh system is optimal for mid sized RVs with air conditioning, or large RVs without AC, School bus builds, boats, tiny home, and cabins. For smaller RVs and boats, or camper vans we recommend this system.
• 800Ah, 10 kWh system is optimal for larger boats, off shore sailing, small homes, and large RVs with air conditioning systems.
• 1200Ah, 15 kWh system is optimal for DIY home solar, going off-the-grid houses, and large cabins.

The Dakota Lithium 2-Port Roof Cap features two solar ports with female plug connections and mounting gasket. A fast, simple, and waterproof way to add roof top solar to an RV or boat, or as an expansion of a solar panel system – just mount the panel and plug it in. This UV-rated roof cap is great for 2-panel or 4-panel installations. Waterproof with an IP 68 rating (appropriate for marine & high wind / high water applications — like the roof of an RV on the interstate in a thunderstorm).

The AIMS quick disconnect gives your solar system extra safety and flexibility when maintaining your system. New installations of solar photovoltaic systems have increased the need for disconnect switches and overcurrent protective devices capable of interrupting currents at voltages up to 1600 Vdc. Some US locations require a disconnect switch. PV system arrays generate DC current and need to be disconnected for maintenance or  safety. The AIMS quick disconnect switch is also ideal for applications such as cabins or vacation homes that don’t require delivery of constant solar power. Simply disconnect your solar array and reconnect when needed.
